Our unlimited package includes all the support you and your company will ever need, for one simple monthly charge per PC and Server you have peace of mind knowing that if you get a fault, virus or your email goes down then we’ll be there to get you up and running in no time.
Our unlimited package includes everything contained within the remote and telephone service but when you need engineer to visit your office, there are no unforeseen charges or fees, we’re available all the time, consider us as your own IT department.
The only things the unlimited service doesn’t include is the Installation of new servers, Office Moves and our of hours emergency support. Otherwise day to day it’s all covered.
Our pricing is based on a simple and attractive single cost per device:
£10 per workstation (PC/laptop) per month • £100 per server per month • £5 per mobile device per month (iPhone, HTC, Blackberry)
All support includes the following:
Software troubleshooting for standard Microsoft and Apple products
This includes availability and connectivity of the following:
Microsoft Server products
Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
Microsoft Office Suite
Includes ‘how to’ queries and problems
Third Party Applications:
Have Techibods liaise directly with your third party providers ensuring speedy roubleshooting and resolution of software issues.
Another area that Techibods love to manage is your email system. We do the housework, getting rid of any of the rubbish and spam, archive important emails and documents and put in place heightened security to stop any viruses or infected emails to enter your IT system. This streamlines your email systems, makes sending and receiving a lot quicker and stops any unwanted emails coming through the system, saving your time and allowing you to continue with work.
All standard network equipment covered for troubleshooting, configuration and availability including Printer, Fax, Scanner, Access Point, UPS, back up device. Separate cover is available for the following items:
Layer 2 and layer 3 switches
Back Up (remote or local management)
Excludes hardware parts
Techibods will support pre-existing issues with your PC or network subject to a Fair Usage Policy.
We operate strict target SLAs in order to give the best service to our customers:
15 minute response to all support requests (within office hours)
4 hour resolution target to support requests (within office hours)
8 hour onsite target when faults are identified as non-repairable remotely (within office hours)
Project Work – UK mainland only
As a contract client you will be entitled to preferential project work rates. Project work is scheduled remote or onsite work which is not a support issue. It involves the change, configuration or development of the network. The following items are classed as project work:
Group policy changes
Installation and configuration of hardware or software
Configuration of software e.g. Sharepoint set up
Architecture redesign (e.g. routing changes, domain changes, push-pull printing)
Disaster Recovery planning
